Horizon Science Academy Twin Cities
Welcome to HSA Twin Cities! We are a public charter school that serves over 170 students in grades K-6. Since opening our doors in 2019, HSA Twin Cities has provided a world-class education centered around science, technology, engineering and math to prepare students for life after high school. No matter where your child is at in their educational journey, HSA is here to support them.
Our Mission
At HSA Twin Cities, our mission is simple: we prepare our students for higher education and beyond by creating an effective learning environment with high standards and expectations. We meet or surpass all state requirements for curriculum, offering advanced classes as well as a supportive environment characterized by committed parents, dedicated staff, and challenged students - making HSA Twin Cities the best choice for your child's academic success.

Concept Model
HSA Twin Cities is managed by Concept Schools, an award-winning charter management organization that assists over 40 schools across the Midwest. Since 1999, Concept has built a reputation for providing a wide array of services for its network of schools, including its STEM-focused curricula that has put students in a position to succeed after they graduate high school. It has been around almost as long as the charter school movement and has been a great partner in helping HSA Twin Cities get to the point it is at today.
